Delivery Conditions – Baby Travel Rental

At Baby Travel Rental, we offer several delivery and pickup options to ensure maximum convenience during your rental. Please review the following delivery conditions before making your reservation.

1. Free pickup at the Pickup Point (Playa Las Américas)

  • You can pick up your equipment free of charge at our associated Pickup Point:
    • Zentral Center Shopping Mall, AXE THROWING TENERIFE - Avenida Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta, 22, 38660 Playa Las Américas.
    • Pickup and Return Hours: 
    • TUESDAY - FRIDAY 14:30 to 20:00
    • SUNDAY 15:00 - 20:00
    • MONDAY Closed
    • !! Closed from Monday 12/22 until Monday 12/29 inclusive + January 1st !! 
    • If you make your reservation before 12:00 hours, you can pick up your equipment the same day.

2. Delivery to the reception of your hotel in South Tenerife

  • Delivery to the reception of your hotel in the South of Tenerife for a cost of 10 €.
  • This option is only available if the reservation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Delivery to your private address in South Tenerife

  • For deliveries to a private address in the South of Tenerife, the cost is 30 €.
  • Deliveries to private homes are made only in the morning, between 9:00 and 11:00 hours.

4. Deliveries to your Hotel in North Tenerife

  • Deliveries only to hotels in the north of Tenerife, with a cost of 30 €.
  • A reservation with at least 48 hours in advance is required.
  • We do not make deliveries at airports.

5. Additional conditions

  • For all delivery bookings in the south or north of Tenerife, a reservation with a minimum of 48 hours in advance is required.
  • Deliveries can only be made at the times and locations specified above.
