General Rental Conditions – Baby Travel Rental
At Baby Travel Rental, our priority is to offer the best service and equipment to ensure that your holiday in Tenerife is as comfortable as possible for you and your baby. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our general rental conditions before making your reservation.
1. Reservation Modalities
- Reservations can be easily made through our website, by phone or via WhatsApp.
- We recommend you make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of the equipment and organize delivery, especially in periods of high demand.
- In case of last minute reservations, it is possible to collect the equipment on the same day if the reservation is made before 1:00 p.m. for collection at the free collection point.
2. Duration of the Rental
- The minimum rental duration is 24 hours. When making your reservation, you can choose the duration that best suits your needs.
- If you wish to extend the rental duration, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to verify the availability of the equipment and adjust the corresponding costs.
- The equipment must be returned at the end of the agreed rental period. If the equipment is not returned on time and we have not been informed in advance, additional charges will apply for each day of delay.
3. Material Delivery and Collection Modalities
We understand that flexibility is key for families, which is why we offer several delivery and pickup options:

Free Pickup at the Pickup Point (Playa Las Américas):
- You can collect your equipment for free at our collection point, located at:
- Zentral Center Shopping Center, Avenida Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta, 22, 38660 Playa Las Américas.
- Hours: Every day from 15:00 to 22:00, except Mondays (closed).
- To pick up the equipment on the same day, you must make your reservation before 1:00 p.m..
- You can collect your equipment for free at our collection point, located at:

Delivery to the Reception of your Hotel (South of Tenerife):
- We offer delivery service directly to the reception of your hotel in the south of Tenerife for a cost of 10 €.
- This option is only available if you make the reservation at least 48 hours in advance.

Delivery to your Private Address (South of Tenerife):
- If you prefer to receive the equipment at a private address in the south of Tenerife, the delivery cost is 30 €.
- Deliveries to private homes are made only in the morning, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m..
- When booking, you must provide a 2 hour time slot for delivery. A reservation is required at least 48 hours in advance.

Deliveries in the North of Tenerife:
- We deliver exclusively to hotels in the north of Tenerife for a cost of 25 €.
- Reservations for this option must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
- We do not deliver to airports or to private homes in the north of the island.
4. Use and Condition of the Equipment
- All our equipment is meticulously checked and cleaned before each rental to ensure that it is in perfect condition for use and safety.
- During the rental period, the client is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the rented equipment.
- In the event of damage, loss or deterioration of the equipment due to incorrect or negligent use, the customer will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement.
- The equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. In case of late or poor condition returns, additional charges will apply.
5. Responsibility and Security
- The equipment we offer complies with all current safety and quality regulations.
- The customer is responsible for following the instructions for use provided by our staff upon delivery.
- Baby Travel Rental is not responsible for any accident or damage that may occur due to incorrect use of the rented equipment.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the delivery or pickup date will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total rental.
- In case of no show or if delivery cannot be made due to the client's absence at the agreed time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of delivery will be applied. the reservation.
- Refunds will be made within a period of 30 days, with a retention of €7.95 for management fees.
- 7. Payment Policy
- Payment can be made online during the booking process, or in cash upon pickup or delivery of the equipment.
- For cash payments, we request that you prepare the exact amount to facilitate the transaction.
8. Rental Conditions for Specific Equipment
- We rent a variety of baby equipment, including car seats, travel cots, strollers, high chairs, among others. All of our equipment is available for rental on demand.
- If you have any specific needs, we recommend that you contact us in advance to ensure the availability of the required equipment.
9. Customer Service
- In case of any problem with the rented equipment or if you need assistance during the rental period, our customer service team is available to help you.

10. Additional Terms
- Baby Travel Rental reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice. We recommend that you review our general conditions before making any reservation.
