General Rental Conditions – Baby Travel Rental

At Baby Travel Rental, our priority is to offer the best service and equipment to ensure your holidays in Tenerife are as comfortable as possible for you and your baby. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our general rental conditions before making your reservation.

1. Reservation Methods

  • Reservations can be easily made through our website.
  • We recommend making your reservation at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee equipment availability and organize delivery, especially during high demand periods.
  • In case of last-minute reservations, it is possible to pick up the equipment the same day (except Mondays) at the pickup point (Las Americas) if the reservation is made before 11:00 AM 

2. Rental Duration

  • The minimum rental duration is 24 hours. When making your reservation, you can choose the duration that best suits your needs.
  • If you wish to extend the rental period, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to check equipment availability and adjust the corresponding costs.
  • The equipment must be returned at the end of the agreed rental period. If the equipment is not returned on time and we have not been informed in advance, additional charges will apply for each day of delay.

3. Delivery and Pickup Methods for Equipment

We understand that flexibility is key for families, which is why we offer several delivery and pickup options:

  1. Free Pickup at the Pickup Point (Playa Las Américas):
    • You can pick up your equipment Free of Charge at our pickup point, located at:
      • Zentral Center Shopping Mall, Avenida Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta, 22, 38660 Playa Las Américas.
    • Schedule:
    •  Tuesday to Saturday from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
    • Sunday 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    •  Monday (closed).
    • To pick up the equipment the same day, you must make your reservation before 11:00 AM.

      2. Delivery/Pickup at hotel reception:

      • In the SOUTH part of Tenerife: 15 €
      • In the NORTH part of Tenerife: 30 €
      • This option is only available if the reservation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

      3. Delivery/Pickup Private Address SOUTH Tenerife

      • Private address in the SOUTH of Tenerife: 35 €
      • Delivery/Pickup to private address: only in the morning, between 9:00 and 11:00

      4. Delivery/Pickup Tenerife South Airport TFS : 45€ 

      • Please contact us before confirming your reservation
      • A reservation is required at least 48 hours in advance.
      • We do not deliver to TFN Airport or Private Address in the NORTH of Tenerife

      + Additional Conditions

      • For all delivery bookings in the south or north of Tenerife, a reservation with a minimum of 48 hours in advance is required.
      • Deliveries can only be made at the times and locations specified above.

4. Use and Condition of Equipment

  • All our equipment is thoroughly inspected and cleaned before each rental to ensure it is in perfect condition for use and safety.
  • During the rental period, the customer is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the rented equipment.
  • In case of damage, loss, or deterioration of the equipment due to improper or negligent use, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
  • The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. In case of late returns or poor condition, additional charges will apply.

5. Responsibility and Safety

  • The equipment we offer complies with all current safety and quality regulations.
  • The customer is responsible for following the usage instructions provided by our staff at the time of delivery.
  • Baby Travel Rental is not responsible for any accident or damage that may occur due to improper use of the rented equipment.

6. Cancellation Policy 

For any cancellation, an amount of €8.90 will be retained as handling fees.
If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to delivery, a €30 cancellation fee will apply.
If cancellation is made 72 hours or less before delivery, no refund will be given and the full rental amount will be retained.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
  • 7. Payment Policy
  • Payment is made online during the booking process.

8. Rental Conditions for Specific Equipment

  • We rent a variety of baby equipment, including car seats, travel cots, strollers, high chairs, among others. All our equipment is available for rent according to demand.
  • If you have any specific needs, we recommend contacting us in advance to ensure the availability of the required equipment.

9. Customer Support

  • In case of any problem with the rented equipment or if you need assistance during the rental period, our customer service team is available to help you.
  • You can contact us directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling us.

10. Additional Terms

  • Baby Travel Rental reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice. We recommend reviewing our general conditions before making any booking.
  • These conditions apply to all bookings made at Baby Travel Rental.
