Delivery Conditions – Baby Travel Rental

At Baby Travel Rental, we offer several delivery and pickup options to ensure maximum convenience during your rental. Please review the following delivery conditions before making your reservation.

1. Free pick-up at the pick-up point (Playa Las Américas)

  • You can collect your equipment for free at our collection point:
    • Zentral Center Shopping Center, AX THROWING TENERIFE - Avenida Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta, 22, 38660 Playa Las Américas.
    • Pick-up and drop-off hours: every day from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., except Mondays (closed).
    • If you make your reservation before 1:00 p.m., you can pick up your equipment the same day.

2. Delivery to the reception of your hotel (South of Tenerife)

  • We offer delivery to the reception of your hotel in the south of Tenerife for a cost of 10 €.
  • This option is only available if the reservation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Delivery to your private address (South of Tenerife)

  • For deliveries to a private address in the south of Tenerife, the cost is 30 €.
  • Deliveries to private homes are made only in the morning, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m..
  • A reservation is required 48 hours in advance and you must indicate a time slot of 2 hours for delivery.

4. Deliveries in the North of Tenerife

  • We deliver only to hotels in the north of Tenerife, at a cost of €30.
  • A reservation is required at least 48 hours in advance.
  • We do not deliver to airports.

5. Additional conditions

  • For all delivery reservations in the south or north of Tenerife, a reservation is required at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Deliveries can only be made at the times and locations specified above.
